Welcome to UrbanVeil. By accessing our website, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "You," "Your") and UrbanVeil ("We," "Us," "Our"). This agreement governs your use of our website, products, and services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date indicates when terms were last revised.

When you place an order with UrbanVeil, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product Availability: Items may sell out before your order is confirmed
• Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error
• Payment Issues: Failed payment authorization or suspected fraud
• Shipping Restrictions: Inability to ship to your location
• Order Limits: Excessive quantities or suspected resale activity

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of order confirmation by contacting us at support@urbanveil.com. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. You may return the product upon delivery according to our return policy.

Order Cancellation by UrbanVeil

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time before shipment. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. UrbanVeil is not liable for any consequential damages resulting from order cancellation.

All prices displayed on UrbanVeil are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are additional to the product price.

Price Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price, we will contact you before processing your order. If the correct price is lower, we will honor the lower price and ship your order.

• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
• PayPal: Secure PayPal checkout

Payment is processed immediately upon order placement. Your card will be charged when your order is confirmed, not when it ships. By providing payment information, you authorize UrbanVeil to charge the full order amount.

UrbanVeil ships domestically within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is delivered to the address you provided, UrbanVeil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring signature confirmation (additional fees may apply). If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first.

For packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund at our discretion.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. Refusal of shipment due to customs fees will result in forfeiture of the order with no refund.

UrbanVeil wants you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in new, unused condition
• Original Packaging: All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt
• Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@urbanveil.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Do not ship returns without authorization.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/card issuer).

All content on the UrbanVeil website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of UrbanVeil and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Trademark Rights

"UrbanVeil" and associated logos, product names, and branding are trademarks of UrbanVeil. You may not use, reproduce, or display any UrbanVeil trademarks without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our express written permission:

• Reproduce or Copy: Any content from our website for commercial purposes
• Resell or Distribute: UrbanVeil products using our branding or marketing materials
• Create Derivative Works: Modify, adapt, or create works based on our content
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to extract source code or designs from our products
• Counterfeit: Produce, sell, or distribute counterfeit UrbanVeil products

User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or other content to UrbanVeil (via social media, reviews, or email), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. You represent that you own all rights to submitted content.

UrbanVeil products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Product Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

• Product descriptions, images, or specifications are accurate, complete, or error-free
• Products will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Colors displayed on your screen match physical product colors exactly
• Our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

Exclusion of Damages

UrbanVeil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of substitute products or services
• Personal injury or property damage
• Emotional distress or reputational harm

These limitations apply even if UrbanVeil has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Product Defects & Warranties

If you receive a defective product, your sole remedy is a replacement or refund at UrbanVeil's discretion. Claims for defective products must be made within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not considered defects.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where UrbanVeil is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact UrbanVeil at support@urbanveil.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We are committed to working with customers to reach fair resolutions.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. All disputes must be brought individually. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction & Venue

If arbitration is not applicable or enforceable, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Your State/County]. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

Severability
