Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All sales are final with no returns or refunds.

UrbanVeil does NOT accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund, no-return policy.

No Returns Policy

URBANVEIL DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS Once you place an order, you cannot return the product for any reason. We do not provide return labels or accept packages sent back.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept this no-return policy. If you are unsure about your purchase, do not complete your order.

What This Means

  • No physical returns: Do not send products back to our address
  • Unsolicited returns will be discarded: Items sent without authorization cannot be returned to you
  • No return shipping labels: We do not provide prepaid labels
  • No RMA numbers: We do not issue return authorizations
Before You Purchase

Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, measurements, colors, and images. Ensure you are selecting the correct size, color, and style.

No Refunds Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL Once your payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits.

No Refunds For:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the product
  • Size or Fit Issues: Product doesn't fit as expected
  • Color Differences: Color appears different than on your screen
  • Style Preferences: Product doesn't match your style
  • Duplicate Orders: Accidentally ordering twice
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: After delivery confirmation
  • Minor Imperfections: Small defects or quality variations

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. Orders begin processing immediately and enter our fulfillment system within minutes.

No Exchanges Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES No size exchanges, color exchanges, or product swaps are available under any circumstances.

How to Ensure Correct Purchase

  • Review Size Charts: Measure yourself and compare to our guides
  • Read Product Descriptions: Understand materials and fit type
  • Check Color Options: Verify your preferred color
  • View All Images: Review every photo from multiple angles
  • Double-Check Cart: Verify size, color, and quantity before checkout

We do not issue store credit, gift cards, or vouchers as alternatives. All sales are final with no compensation.

Product Quality & "As Is"

All UrbanVeil products are sold "AS IS" without warranties or guarantees. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee perfection.

Not Considered Defects

  • Minor stitching variations
  • Color variations from screen displays
  • Fabric texture differences
  • Small imperfections or loose threads
  • Wrinkles or creases from shipping
  • Size discrepancies (±1-2cm is normal)
Color Disclaimer Colors displayed on your device may differ from actual products due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Extremely Limited Exceptions

UrbanVeil MAY consider (but is not obligated to provide) a remedy in these extremely rare circumstances:

1. Wrong Item Shipped

If we ship a completely different product than ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Severely Defective Product

If your product has a major manufacturing defect making it unwearable, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

3. Lost Package (Before Delivery)

If tracking shows "lost" with no delivery, contact us within 15 days of expected delivery.

Critical Deadline All claims must be submitted within 48 HOURS of delivery for quality issues, or 15 DAYS for lost packages. After these deadlines, no claims will be considered.

All decisions are made by UrbanVeil at our sole discretion. Our decision is final and non-negotiable.

Chargebacks & Disputes

CHARGEBACKS ARE CONSIDERED FRAUD Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is considered fraud and breach of contract.

By agreeing to our policies, you waive your right to dispute charges with your bank for any reason other than unauthorized fraudulent use.

If You File a Chargeback

  • We will contest with evidence of delivery
  • You will be reported to fraud databases
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action
  • You may be liable for legal fees and damages
